How to Place Retargeting Tags

Overview

Since every website is different, your webmaster should do this for you. If you do not have one and are having difficulty finding the files mentioned below, please connect with one of our Market Support Managers or Customer Support Managers. They will get on the phone and walk you through it.

Alternatively, if you send us your website’s administrative login, we should be able to do this for you!

Step-by-Step Guide

1. Log into your website’s file manager. This could be through an admin panel or on your server. If you have a webmaster, he or she should be able to provide this login information.
2. Locate your Header file. This will be in a different place depending on if you use Wix, Wordpress, or another provider. You can usually ask their Support staff if you have trouble finding it.
3. Copy and paste the provided code into the bottom of the Header file. You might see a word that looks like “ </head> “ at the bottom. If so, paste the code right before that word.
4. Save your header file. Notify our team, and we will verify it has been installed and is working.
